President Donald Trump’s plan to remove criminal illegal immigrants has hit another roadblock, as leftist judges step in to protect foreign gang members from deportation. This latest legal attack fits a clear pattern — when Trump takes action to enforce immigration laws, the judiciary quickly intervenes to stall, obstruct and derail his administration’s efforts.
Trump ordered the removal of suspected Tren de Aragua gang members under the Alien Enemies Act, a law that has existed for more than two centuries. Nearly 300 individuals had already been deported when U.S. District Judge James Boasberg issued a ruling to halt the process, siding with legal challenges brought by the ACLU and Democracy Forward.
BREAKING: Less than 12 hours after I exposed Judge James Boasberg’s conflict of interest with his daughter Katharine Boasberg, who works for a 501c3 called “Partners For Justice” @PFJ_USA that gives criminal illegal aliens and gang members legal advice,

Attorney General Pam Bondi has pushed back, arguing that the judiciary has no right to interfere with presidential powers on immigration enforcement. The DOJ has also stated that the courts are overstepping their role and have no jurisdiction to override Trump’s national security decisions.

The administration continued its enforcement despite Boasberg’s oral order, asserting that verbal rulings do not constitute legally binding injunctions. The judge has since demanded further details about how the deportation flights were conducted, adding unnecessary legal obstacles to a process designed to protect the country.

Trump and his supporters have long warned that activist judges are being used as political weapons. The same legal networks that attempted to block his return to the White House are now working to prevent him from being effective while in office. These legal battles are not about the law — they are about stopping Trump from keeping his promises to the American people.
Listen to what radical judge James Boasberg did. He allowed spying on Trump, he gave a pass to Kevin Clinesmith who altered Trump-Russia probe email and Judge Napolitano said he is a moderate. Give me a break, @NEWSMAX needs a better judge who will give accurate information. pic.twitter.com/QL97RWBIkI

The administration has taken action to appeal the ruling and is working to ensure that judicial overreach does not continue to interfere with Trump’s ability to secure the nation. The courts may try to slow him down, but Trump remains focused on delivering the immigration overhaul that voters demanded.
Remember, Judge James Boasberg who blocked President Trump from invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798?
