Trump Advisor Declares Invasion As Legal Battles Aim To Derail Border Policy

Stephen Miller, President Donald Trump’s Homeland Security Advisor, is warning that legal resistance from judges is threatening to undo the immigration enforcement plan that American voters supported. In a statement posted to X, Miller described the border crisis as an invasion, not a routine legal issue.

He said American cities and towns have been taken over as millions crossed the border in recent years. Miller described the effects as destructive and said the country’s finances and democratic foundations have been deeply damaged.

He argued that the situation was never just about enforcement. Instead, he framed it as an urgent crisis that has stripped Americans of control over their own communities.

Miller emphasized that the election was a national verdict. He said the American people voted for the invasion to be stopped and for the nation to be restored. He accused judges and media allies of trying to erase that decision by dragging enforcement efforts into endless court battles.

He said that if every illegal immigrant is entitled to a full trial, then there will be no real path to reversing the damage. Miller argued that such an approach would only lock the country into permanent failure.

Referring to Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, Miller said the president has a duty to stop any invasion and that this obligation cannot be canceled by federal courts.
Miller said the mission will move forward. He stated that foreign nationals who entered illegally will be expelled and that the cartels will be eliminated.
