O’Keefe Media Group Claims CIA Withheld Information From Trump During Presidency

The O’Keefe Media Group released an undercover report Wednesday alleging that high-level intelligence community executives including former CIA Directors Mike Pompeo and Gina Haspel withheld information from former President Donald Trump throughout his administration. The video features Amjad Anton Fseisi purported to be a project manager for cyber operations at the CIA.

In the recording Fseisi admits intelligence agencies deliberately withheld information from Trump out of fear he might “disclose it.” He claims “We’re not gonna tell Trump” was a decision made by “The executive staff… the director and his subordinates.”

Fseisi alleges intelligence was kept from Trump “because we knew he’d f—ing disclose it” and that Trump was given high-level overviews but never details due to concerns he would leak them. Fseisi also accuses Trump of being “a Russian asset” and “owned by the f—ing Russians.”

The report further claims intel agencies used FISA to spy on Trump and continue monitoring him and his ex-wife. Fseisi states “We steal it [information]” and “We hack other countries” describing a broken system where agencies are reluctant to share information.

When confronted by O’Keefe, Fseisi denied making the statements. The CIA called the claims “absolutely false and ridiculous” emphasizing their apolitical nature and stating they do not monitor the former president.
