In 2023, President Joe Biden ended the COVID-19 national emergency. Biden’s declaration of the pandemic signaled one thing: it was over. However, it appears that liberal organizations are now trying to bring back mask mandates and vaccine requirements.
Recently, RedState reported that Hollywood studio Lionsgate announced it would be reinstating a COVID-19 mask mandate for its employees. On X, formerly known as Twitter, journalist Colin Rugg reported that Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia, was also reimplementing its COVID-19 mask mandates for all students and employees.
“NEW: COVlD-19 mandates are coming back just in time for the 2024 election cycle as early signs are hinting towards what’s to come,” Rugg wrote on X. “What impeccable timing!”
“Just days after a TSA whistleblower allegedly reported that mandates would be coming back in October, Lionsgate, a Hollywood studio, announced they were bringing back mask mandates,” he added.
“Employees must wear a medical grade face covering (surgical mask, KN95 or N95) when indoors except when alone in an office with the door closed, actively eating, actively drinking at their desk or workstation, or if they are the only individual present in a large open workspace,” Rugg wrote, citing response manager Sommer McElroy said.
“Morris Brown College recently announced new mandates: ‘All students and employees are required to wear face masks,’” Rugg added. “The Biden administration is also ramping up their COVlD rhetoric.”
“We will be encouraging all Americans to get those boosters in addition to flu shots and Respiratory Syncytial Virus shots,” a White House official announced, according to Rugg.

With Rugg’s information, one can assume that COVID-19 is back in stock. The pandemic we all thought was long gone is still here, just in time before the 2024 presidential elections. Coincidence? I think not.
Since 2022, the federal government has become entangled in a series of legal challenges and lawsuits relating to its Orwellian COVID-19 policies and restrictions, RedState reported.
Bill Maher, a liberal talk show host, even blasted the left’s response to COVID-19 and hasn’t stopped doing so.
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) also seems to be jumping on the “COVID-19 panic train” once again, with the organization recently posting photos on social media of its employees wearing masks in a meeting, when just days before, they were pictured without masks.
