With illegal immigration wreaking havoc on the U.S., it would make sense to vote yes to stop the Biden administration from flying illegal immigrants from their home countries to neighborhoods in the states. That is, unless you’re a Democrat.

In a Friday night vote of 51-47, the measure was blocked, with every single Democrat voting no. After Democrats said no to preventing taxpayers from paying for illegal immigrants to fly to the U.S., Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-TN) had some words for his leftist colleagues.

“Make no mistake here. President Biden has secretly been flying hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens in foreign countries into blue-city airports,” Hagerty said on the Senate floor. “Just last year alone, in 2023, it was reported that some 320,000 illegal aliens have been flown in using this method.”
“Let me cut through the procedural language here. I’m bringing forward a vote on a very simple question: Do you support American taxpayer dollars being used to fly illegal aliens into the United States from places like Venezuela and Haiti, into America to be settled in towns and cities near you?” he asked. “If so, then vote against me. Vote ‘no’ to preserve the practice of using taxpayer dollars to charter planes that move and import thousands of illegal aliens into your states.”
Hagerty introduced the bill on Friday, along with another bill that would ban the practice of counting illegal immigrants in the census when allocating House seats and electoral votes, which Democrats also rejected.
Democrats also rejected Sen. Ted Budd’s (R-NC) two bills. One would have blocked illegal immigrants who assault law enforcement officers permanently from receiving green cards and naturalized American citizenship, while the other would have prevented illegal immigrants convicted of theft from receiving green cards or naturalized American citizenship.
To share his frustration, Hagery posted on X, letting American taxpayers know that Democrats are okay with their hard-earned money going to fly illegal immigrants across the country, including potentially dangerous ones.

According to a report published by the Center for Immigration Studies, U.S. Customs and Border Protection has known about and allowed taxpayer-funded flights. From January to December 2023, about 320,000 illegals were flown to 43 different American airports, which could explain the increase in crime committed throughout the country.
Fox News Digital reported that about 7.2 million illegals have entered the country since Biden became president, which is more than the population of 36 individual states.

Biden has continuously blamed Republicans for the chaos at the border. After every Democrat voted against a bill that would not only benefit the taxpayers but also put a stop to an increased amount of illegal immigrants entering the country, it’s clear that Democrats don’t care about the American people.
