Skinner’s ICE List website launched in June 2025 with the explicit goal of deterring immigration enforcement by exposing agent identities to hostile actors. The site previously maintained data on 2,000 agents and utilizes artificial intelligence for verification before publication. By October 2025, the anti-American platform had received over one million views, demonstrating the serious security threat it poses to our immigration enforcement personnel and their families.

Operating with a three-person team from the Netherlands, Skinner plans to publish most of the leaked names on a case-by-case basis, though he claims he will exclude certain support personnel like childcare workers and nurses. This selective approach reveals the calculated nature of his attack on American sovereignty and the rule of law. The foreign national’s ability to operate beyond U.S. legal reach while targeting American law enforcement represents a dangerous precedent for national security.
