The U.S. has already set records for the most illegal immigrants to cross the border in a single year, with many being members of notorious Mexican Cartels.
Former Rep. Mayra Flores (R-TX) recently said that the Mexican Cartels at the southern border are behind the millions of illegal immigrants that are pouring into the U.S. each year under the Biden administration.
“They have a lot of power; they’re the most powerful organization in Mexico,” Flores told the New York Post. “They’re better funded than our own Border Patrol agents.”
Under President Joe Biden’s watch, it seems like every state in the U.S. is a border state. Primarily, though, towns in Texas such as Eagle Pass and El Paso have been devastated by the immigration crisis that surrounds them constantly.
Such towns recently saw thousands of illegal migrants turn themselves in to the Border Patrol, which the agency says the cartels are responsible for.

“They’re using military tactics, the same way we do,” retired Border Patrol chief Thaddeus Cleveland told the New York Post.
Cleveland explained that when cities experience a surge in illegal immigration, the Border Patrol must allocate resources from other corresponding areas to respond to the crisis, leaving remote regions with fewer resources, which enables the cartels to eventually move criminals or drugs across the southern border.
“Border Patrol [are] overwhelmed by the staggering amount of people who continue to come over, but that goes to show you that the Mexican cartels control the border,” Cleveland said.
“They dictate our operational response. They know that we’re still the greatest country in the world and will ensure [migrants’] rights. The cartels are clearly dictating on a daily basis how Border Patrol operates,” he added.
The immigration crisis has gotten so out of hand, that Democrats are now speaking out against the Biden administration’s inaction and refusal to solve the problem.
Recently, Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. issued a scathing rebuke of the Biden administration its “disaster” border policy.
Fox News reported on Kennedy’s op-ed for Newsweek, where the Democratic presidential candidate blasted Biden for “refusing to secure our southern border” leading to “endless floods of migrants pouring through an open border” and “impossible burdens” for cities across America.
In Eagle Pass, Texas, the town’s mayor, Rolando Salinas, blamed Biden for the influx of illegal migrants that his town is facing.
“I will be honest with you. I believe 100% he does bear some responsibility for this crisis,” Salinas said, according to the Washington Examiner. “I haven’t heard from anybody in the administration. The president hasn’t put out a statement, the vice president, I haven’t heard from anybody.”
