Leftist Media Throws Fit Over Biden’s Reelection Bid

The White House last week purposefully leaked the worst-kept secret in politics — the wildly unpopular Joe Biden will seek a second term in the White House next year. Now leftist journalists are having a fit.

Nothing riles up the mainstream media quite like the prospect of a Democrat losing a presidential election.

Biden’s official announcement that he is running again, which was first reported in the Washington Post, is expected this week. The White House apparently will keep it low-key, choosing to only release a video making the announcement.

Now left-wing outlets are up in arms over the weakness of their Democratic signal caller. CNN went into panic mode, citing dismal numbers from the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research polling that show the incumbent has a steep hill to climb.

A full 52% of his own party does not want him to run again, and that’s just Democrats. Nearly 75% of all Americans believe the nation is headed in the wrong direction, and Joe Biden wants four more years at the helm of the ship of state.

ABC News, normally a stout Biden supporter, threw their president under the bus as well. Mouthpiece Terry Moran said that he perceives that “most Americans don’t want to vote for an 81-year-old man for president…is the Biden White House aware that people are uneasy with his age?”

Biden will be 82 on Inauguration Day 2025.

Unfortunately for the corporate media world, this is a dilemma of their own making. It was the press that covered for Biden in the runup to the 2020 presidential election, censoring any and all mention of the Hunter Biden laptop scandal.

It was also journalists who demonized former President Donald Trump for having the nerve to speak the truth directly to the American people. Reporters do not appreciate when a leader has the gall to bypass their filters and address the voters.

So now they are stuck with Biden.

The president in recent months has descended into a comedy of errors. The White House has a full-time job in keeping him away from microphones and shielding his obvious mental and physical decline from the public.

But the toll a long presidential campaign will take will not be hidden forever. By November 2024, voters will have undeniable proof of just how fragile the leader of the most powerful nation on Earth has become, and the media is fearful that they will reject another four years.
